RMA Global Eminent Services LLC FZ is a Dubai-based independent insurance and reinsurance advisory firm, established to originate and develop quality reinsurance opportunities from Pakistan and the wider South Asian region for international reinsurance brokers and markets.
Founded by Rizwan Masoom Ali, who brings over 25 years of experience in Pakistan’s insurance industry, RMA Global Eminent Services is deeply embedded within the region’s infrastructure, construction, energy, and industrial sectors. Our strength lies in early stage engagement with project sponsors, employers, contractors, and consultants particularly on World Bank and Asian Development Bank-funded projects where international reinsurance capacity is essential.
Our experience spans highways, roads and expressways, canal rehabilitation and irrigation infrastructure, alternate and renewable energy projects, marine risks, and property insurance. We support reinsurance brokers by developing technically sound, well documented, and bankable insurance programmes aligned with FIDIC conditions, lender requirements, and international underwriting standards before these risks are formally introduced to the market.
Being based in Dubai places us in direct proximity to leading reinsurance brokers and reinsurers operating across the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa, while maintaining active relationships with Lloyd’s based brokers in London. This dual market connectivity enables efficient communication, faster underwriting feedback, and better alignment between local risk realities and global reinsurance appetite.
